1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "250jl" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 250jl.net, operated under a PAGCOR license.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses 250jl in any capacity.

4 Account Registration and Verification

With respect to all games and betting markets on 250jl:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 250jl. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account on 250jl, whether using your own details or the details of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 250jl
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes in any betting market

9 Responsible Gaming

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any 250jl content without prior written authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used in the 250jl platform
• Create derivative works based on 250jl content or branding

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 250jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 250jl account at the time the relevant claim arises.

250jl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or equipment problems on your side
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the platform that contains an error or is subsequently corrected

Nothing in these Terms limits 250jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

250jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 250jl will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes required by PAGCOR regulatory updates — 250jl may update these Terms without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 250jl platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through 250jl customer support.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Most disputes relating to game outcomes, account balances, payments, and promotions are resolved at this stage.
